Help Ventures Refund Policy

Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which Help Ventures will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of Help Ventures in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.

Help Ventures is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

If you would like your donation to be refunded, you must request Help Ventures in writing or by email for a refund at the following address.

When you donate to any of our causes/services you are can claim a refund for the amount donated till the time you have not claimed the receipt or within 72 hrs of making the donation whichever happens first. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your cause, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us at support@helpventures.orgwith the details of your donation within 72 hrs of making the donation.

All Amounts received, are utilized for the different cases/ causes and specialized treatments of specially-abled children. Please include your transaction ID/screen shot (sent to you via email after your donation was successful) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
